Srinagar: A Kashmiri food vlogger has undertaken the difficult task of trying to revive the original way of preparing the forgotten dishes of the Valley and her popularity is growing every day and it is evident from her Youtube page which is subscribed by  two lakh neizens.

Tasiya Tariq is the first food blogger from the valley.

She runs the YouTube channel called “Kashmir Food Fusion”.

In her channel, Tasiya easily explains the methods of preparing traditional dishes in three languages: Urdu, Kashmiri, and English.

She is now quite popular not only in Kashmir but abroad as well.

The idea of running the channel came to her when Tasia was searching the internet with her husband for the recipe for Kashmiri wazwan pilaf.

But they didn’t get the knowledge to make it the right way. After that, Tasia started making different Kashmiri dishes. After getting the know-how, started making videos and reaching out to people through my YouTube channel, reports ANI.
