Kolkata/IBNS: Fairfield by Marriott Kolkata has arranged for a Women’s Day brunch on March 8 at their all day diner Kava with a specially curated menu.

The brunch will be available between noon and 3pm, and will include healthy light spreads, fiery and tangy street food, live teppanyaki, global delicacies, and favourite Indian choices including kebabs and biryani.

Highlights from the different sections include “Asparagus, Beans and Sundried Tomato Salad”, “Baby Eggplant Salad with Tomato, Olive oil and Lemon Juice”, “Cucumber and Yogurt Salad Scented with Garlic and Fresh Dill”; “Aloo Tikki Ragra Chat” and “Dahi Bhalla”; “Jacket Potatoes with condiments”, “Grilled Fish with Olive Tomato Salsa”, “Chicken Cacciatore”, “Baked Vegetable Lasagna”; “Pudina Tawa Murgh”, “Aloo Anardana”, and lots more.

The dessert selection includes assorted course-enders such as “Cherry Chocolate Log”, “Fresh Fruit Gateaux”, and “Hot Gur Makha Sandesh”.
