British Council to hold 'Going Global' in Miami

New Delhi, Apr 17 (IBNS): British Council's 'Going Global 2014' international education conference will be held in Miami Beach (USA) from Apr 29 to May 1.

Over 70 countries will be represented by a delegation, including 125 university presidents, vice-chancellors, pro vice-chancellors and government ministers.

  

British Council India, in collaboration with the Planning Commission, is organizing a round table on ‘Higher Education in Large System Countries’ at Going Global 2014. The purpose of which is to create an enabling environment and commitment to enhance cooperation among countries with large education systems in order to facilitate the improvement of higher education for global equity, stability, security and prosperity. 

 

The participating countries are Brazil, China, India, Indonesia, Nigeria, Pakistan, UK and USA.
