Women to run for fitness in Jammu city on Sunday

Jammu, May 25 (UNI) Hundreds of women will be running to promote fitness in Jammu on Sunday.

An event named as “She Runs This Town”, is being organised by the Unisex Fitness Club and Burn A Ton fitness club to make women aware about their health and how to stay healthy and adopt a healthy lifestyle.

“One of the biggest event only for women is being organised in the town on Sunday ‘Women Fun Run’ for fitness,” said Nidhi Abrol, a fitness club owner and the organisor.

The event is being organised in collaboration with Directorate of Tourism and private channel Mirchi 98.3.

“The run will be organised from Mubarak Mandi at 0530 hour to Sidhra Golf Course,” she added.

Meanwhile, apart from the run, the crowd will also enjoy to the tunes of ‘The F Squad’, who have come all the way from Pune to bring awareness about Fitness and its importance in daily lives, said the organisor.
