Rainfall or Snowfall to occur in north Sikkim from tomorrow
Gangtok/IBNS: Rainfall or snowfall (at higher altitude) are very likely to occur on Feb 5 (night) to Feb 6 especially over North Sikkim.
The rainfall or snowfall are likely to occur due to passage of a trough in Westerly Winds.
As a result, there will be a sharp fall of about 3-5 deg Celsius in day temperature mainly on 6th and of about 2-3 deg Celsius in night temperature on 7th & 8th over most of the places of the state.
