New Delhi: India recorded 16,838 new COVID-19 cases in the past 24 hours, as per Ministry of Health released data on Friday.
During the same period 113 deaths due to the deadly virus has been recorded.
The total death toll due to the virus now stands at 157548.
Currently, there are 176319 active cases in the country.
So far, 10839894 people have been discharged from hospital.
