6.9 earthquake hits Guatemala

Guatemala, June 15 (IBNS): An earthquake measuring 6.9 western Guatemala near the border with Mexico on Thursday, media reports said.

Fatalities have been reported in the incident.

The earthquake hit 5km North-North-East of San Pablo.

The epicentre of the quake was located at latitude 14.982 degrees north and longitude 91.988 degrees west, as per the USGS website.
