With USD 100 bn net worth, Adani now joins top 10 richest people list

Mumbai: Indian industrialist Gautam Adani has entered USD 100 billion club with Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos, a recent report revealed.

According to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, which gives a daily ranking of the world's richest people, Adani's net worth touched USD 100 billion.

With his net worth touching USD 100 billion, Adani has secured 10th position in the list of world's richest people, pushing billionaire Mukesh Ambani to the 11th position.

As per the index, the bulk of Adani's fortune is derived from public stakes held by the Adani Group, the Indian conglomerate he founded.
