Vikram Solar appoints Sweta Sultania as Head of Corporate Finance

New Delhi/IBNS: Vikram Solar, the rooftop solar and EPC solutions provider, has announced the appointment of Sweta Sultania as its Head of Corporate Finance.

Sultania comes with around 15 years of experience in investment banking and corporate finance with a knowledge in infrastructure sector and in areas encompassing equity fund raise, debt raise, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, capital markets, green field debt, refinance and credit rating.

Sultania was earlier associated with organizations like Ernst & Young, Acme Cleantech Solutions, Enam Securities among others. She has successfully advised companies on fund raising and M&A in solar, wind and power transmission space in the past.

Gyanesh Chaudhary, MD and CEO of Vikram Solar said, "We are very excited to have Sweta on board. She will be a close advisor to the top management and an important member of the senior leadership team as we continue to expand globally and execute our growth strategy.
