Tech entrepreneur Elon Musk hosts Indian Global Forum business delegation at Space X
Tech entrepreneur Elon Musk recently hosted a delegation of Indian business figures at SpaceX's Starbase facility in Texas.
The exclusive gathering provided an opportunity for Indian entrepreneurs to engage directly with Musk and tour the company's cutting-edge space exploration facilities, reported ANI news agency.
According to reports, the delegation toured the Starbase and launch of SpaceX's Starship Flight 7.
As per ANI report, Musk, who is also the owner of micro-blogging platform X, focussed on the potential for deeper collaboration between the United States and India in the avenues like space exploration and technology.
"Things are trending positive. I'm certainly in favour of lowering trade barriers to increase commerce between the US and India," he was quoted as saying by the Indian news agency.
Author Amish Tripathi was part of the delegation and posted an image of his meeting with Musk on X.
He said the delegation invited Musk to visit India to attend the ongoing Maha Kumbh, the largest religious congregation in the world, in Prayagraj.
He wrote: "An invigorating hour spent with none other than @elonmusk , in an exclusive event organised by @manojladwa We discussed a range of topics from spirituality, consciousness, interplanetary travel, monetary policy, engineering amongst others. And an invitation to the Maha Kumbh Mela! Hope he can make it!!"
