Mumbai: Tata Technologies has announced leadership changes as part of its ‘One Team with Customers’ strategy to strengthen client integration across key sectors like automotive, industrial heavy machinery, and aerospace.

The company aims to drive transformation in embedded software, software-defined vehicles (SDVs), and full-vehicle engineering through dedicated account teams.

Under the new leadership structure, Nachiket Paranjpe will expand his role by focusing on growing the automotive business outside the Tata Motors Ltd (TML) group.

His responsibilities will also include driving innovation in embedded software and SDVs, ensuring full lifecycle ownership of sales, solutions, and delivery.

Tata Technologies has elevated Keith Matthews as Head Sales – Aerospace Business with immediate effect.

He will focus on expanding the company’s aerospace business by exploring opportunities in airframe, propulsion, manufacturing, maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO), and digital transformation.

Matthews will also strengthen partnerships with major clients, including Airbus.

The company has appointed Komal Chhabra as Head Sales – Industrial Heavy Machinery (IHM) business.

Chhabra, who previously led the company's strategy and mergers & acquisitions (M&A) function, will now focus on scaling the IHM vertical.

Tata Technologies reiterated its commitment to deepening engagements with Tata Motors, Jaguar Land Rover (JLR), and other global original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and Tier-1 suppliers.

The company aims to maximise synergies with TML and JLR while accelerating time-to-market with solutions for full-vehicle engineering, embedded systems, and smart manufacturing.

The company is also scaling its capabilities in artificial intelligence (AI), digital services, and software-defined vehicles to integrate mechanical and embedded systems.

This transformation will enable end-to-end product development and drive premiumisation in client offerings.

As part of its strategic realignment, Tata Technologies is enhancing its large-deal capabilities, institutionalising sales enablement, and expanding solution accelerators.

It is also focusing on building strategic partnerships with product software and semiconductor companies while driving AI-enabled global delivery excellence.

Tata Technologies CEO & MD Warren Harris emphasised that the leadership changes align with the company’s shift towards an IP-led, value-driven approach.

This transition aims to improve customer outcomes, drive premiumisation, and accelerate innovation across core sectors.
