Kolkata, Dec 26 (INS): Tata Motors on Friday announced the launch of Bolt Arena in Kolkata.

The company looks forward to engaging with its customers creatively and has set up the Bolt Arena, an interactive hub where customers can take part in various activities to know everything about the new sporty hatchback from Tata Motors, the Bolt.

The Arena has currently opened in Kolkata and will be moving to other locations in the following weeks.

Commenting on the occasion, Mayank Pareek, President- Passenger Vehicle Business Unit, Tata Motors said, “We are excited to engage with our customers as we gear up for our upcoming launch- the stunning sporty hatchback- Bolt. With the Bolt, we have ushered change with an aggressive focus on our Horizonext strategy. After being much appreciated by all who have reviewed the car, the Bolt now comes closer to its customers through the Bolt Arena. Our focus is to provide a platform to our customers to engage with the brand, even before its launch.”

The Bolt Arena will be in the city till Jan 25. It has been creatively designed for customers to engage with the car and get a better chance to know more about it, before its launch.

The Arena will be hosting various activities such as gesture based games, Revotron Challenge game and an Augmented Reality application. While gaming, customers can compete against each other, on a webcam based system which will enable users to control and interact with the console through controller and Wii technology.

The Revotron Challenge Game is based on the new petrol engine from Tata Motors – the Revotron 1.2T and first-in segment, multi-drive modes – Sport, Eco and City, where users can either choose to play with each other or the computer. It is based on a combination of fuel consumption and speed, with different fuel pick-up points along the way.

The Bolt Arena will also run a special contest, wherein customers can choose to enter and win a Bolt or get an opportunity to star in the next Bolt video through a lucky draw.

Tata Motors has also taken the Bolt Arena on digital and customers can visit it on boltarena.tatamotors.com. Customers will have access to all information related to the Bolt along with technical specifications, image gallery and the latest reviews on the Bolt Drive.
