Tata Coffee announces Q3 results

New Delhi, Oct 21 (IBNS): Tata Coffee Limited announced its results for the quarter that ended on Sept 30 and for the first half of the financial year 2014/15 on Tuesday.

The company has reported good increase in its consolidated net profits for the quarter and the half year during a challenging period. 

For the quarter, Group Consolidated Net Profit, post minority interest and share of profit from associates, stood at Rs. 32.36 Crores, compared to a loss of Rs. 12.88 Crores in the same period last year. 

For the half year, Group Consolidated Net Profit, post minority interest and share of profit from associates, stood at Rs. 62.67 Crores, compared to a profit of Rs. 27.50 Crores during the same period last year.  For the half year, this represents a growth in profits of 128 %.
