Tambo launches Superphone TA-3 in West Bengal

Kolkata, Jun 14 (IBNS): Tambo Mobiles, a new entrant in India’s fast-growing mobile phone market, has announced the launch of its brand with flagship smartphone, TA-3 and 6 feature phones.

The smartphone is categorized as ‘Superphone’ and is available in three colors, jet black, champagne and metallic blue.

The phone costs Rs. 4,999 along with a free protection cover.

The phones will be available across distributors in India.

The price of Tambo’s Powerphones and Superphones ranges between 600 rupees to 7000 rupees.

TA-3 Superphone will spot infinity display design and 5.45-inchfull lamination bright display.

TA-3 will also feature fingerprint sensor and face recognition backed by a 3000mAh battery.

The 4G enabled devices, which support Volte/Viltewill, will have a sleek look and design with 2.5D curved providing an immersive screen experience to the users.

The Superphones will have a 1.25 GHz of Quad Core MediaTek processor allowing users to multitask with ease.

To ensure users never run out of space, the model will have 16GB ROM expandable up to 64GB.

The phones will have a fingerprint sensor ensuring bio-metric security.

The Superphones will also have OTG support feature.

Commenting on the launch, Sudhir Kumar, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Tambo, said: “We are delighted to launch Tambo in the Indian handset market and aim to make mobility accessible and affordable for everyone. TA-3 will have 8MP AF rear camera with flash & Samsung sensor and 5MP selfie camera with flash.

The camera will have face beauty, burst mode, panorama mode and stickers.

Tambo’s Powerphones will have features like dedicated music keys, time talker, 60-day battery standby, 22 Language support among others, making it useful for a diverse segment of people.

The Superphones and Powerphones will be available at retail outlets spread across India.
