Mumbai/UNI: The BSE Sensex continued to climb as it spurted 378 points at 71,715.05, a new high as buying was seen across the board in the opening session on Wednesday.
The National Stock Exchange (NSE) rose 121.05 points to 21,562.40.
The Sensex registered intraday highs and lows at 71,728.78 and 71,473.65 points, respectively.
