Indian Rupee gains by 7 paise against USD

Mumbai, Mar 26 (UNI) The Rupee on Tuesday gained further by seven paise to 68.86 on brisk selling of US Dollars by exporters, dealers at Forex Market said.

A minor fluctuation was seen during the day, as the domestic unit moved up by five paise to 68.88 in opening trade and closed positive at 68.86. advancing by 7 paise to 68.86 as compared to its last close.

It registered day high and low at 68.99 and 68.76 respectively.

The domestic unit edged up on weak dollar against other world currencies along with rebounding equity market, they added.
