Indian market: Sensex down by 323.71 pts

Mumbai, May 7 (UNI) The benchmark index of Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Tuesday slumped by 323.71 points at 38,276.63 as heavy selling was witessed in Telecom, Bankex, Realty, Finance and Metal stocks.

The Nifty of National Stock Exchange (NSE) too dropped by 100.35 points at 11,497.90.

The Sensex registered the day's high and low at 38,835.54 and 38,236.18 points respectively.

The Nifty registered day's high and low at 11,657.05 and 11,484.45 points, respectively.
