HDFC drops 2.01 pc to Rs 2,377.40

Mumbai: HDFC on Wednesday slipped 2.01 per cent to Rs 2,377.40, a major loser in the 30 scrips of the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).

Other losers were HDFC Bank by 1.90 per cent to Rs 1,464.85, Maruti Suzuki by 1.86 per cent to Rs 7,471.85, Dr Reddy's Lab by 1.71 per cent to Rs 4,297.80 and Asian Paints by 1.62 per cent to Rs 3,080.90.

The gainers were ITC by 1.87 per cent to do 269.50, Sun Pharma by 1.61 per cent to Rs 936, Hind Unilever by 0.99 per cent to Rs 2,152.45, SBI by 0.94 per cent to Rs 517.50 and NTPC by 0.82 per cent to Rs 153.90.
