Godrej Properties posts ₹600 cr Q1FY26 profit, logs ₹7,082 cr in bookings despite YoY decline

Mumbai: Godrej Properties Limited (GPL) reported a consolidated net profit of ₹600 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, marking a 15% year-on-year rise, even as its total income dipped 3% to ₹1,593 crore.

The company’s EBITDA rose 18% to ₹915 crore in the same period.

Booking value for the quarter stood at ₹7,082 crore from the sale of 4,231 homes covering 6.17 million sq. ft.—an 18% decline from the previous year but representing a two-year CAGR of 77%.

This is the eighth consecutive quarter in which GPL has exceeded ₹5,000 crore in bookings.

Key contributors included new launches such as Godrej MSR City in Bengaluru (₹2,426 crore), Godrej Majesty in Greater Noida (₹925 crore), and Godrej Tiara in Bengaluru (₹470 crore).

Bengaluru alone contributed over ₹3,000 crore, while both MMR and NCR regions added over ₹1,600 crore each.

During the quarter, the company launched six new projects and phases across four cities, with a combined sales potential of ₹8,500 crore.

GPL added five new projects in Q1FY26 with a cumulative estimated saleable area of 9.24 million sq. ft. and a booking value potential of approximately ₹11,400 crore.

This represents 57% of its full-year business development target achieved in just the first quarter.

Collections grew 22% year-on-year to ₹3,670 crore.

The company also received approval from the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) for both its near-term and long-term Net Zero commitments.

Commenting on the performance, Pirojsha Godrej, Executive Chairperson, said, “Godrej Properties delivered another solid quarter for bookings, cashflows, and earnings… With a robust launch pipeline, strong balance sheet, and resilient demand, we are on track to achieve our guidance across all operating parameters.”

Managing Director & CEO Gaurav Pandey was recognised as CEO of the Year at the Construction Times BAM Awards.

The company also secured 10 awards during the quarter.
