MH370: Malaysia to release initial report tomorrow

Kuala Lumpur, Apr 30 (IBNS): Malaysia's acting Transport Minister Hishammuddin Hussein on Wednesday said preliminary report on the Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370 aircraft's disappearance will be released on Thursday.

"I don't think there's going to be any problem to issue it. But we have decided it as a team, that it's going to be issued tomorrow," Hussein was quoted as saying by Bernama.

"The way forward and the consent that I requested in my negotiation with Australia and other stakeholders in the search, I tabled and reported it to the Cabinet this morning, and I got all the necessary mandate," he said.

Malaysian Airlines, the flag carrier airline of Malaysia, on Mar 25 confirmed that its flight MH370 is now lost for ever in the Southern Indian Ocean and there are no survivors.

The flight, which was carrying 227 passengers and 12 crew and went missing since Mar 8.
