Explosion rocks Beirut, 2 injured

Beirut , June 13 (ibns): An explosion rocked Lebanon's capital city of Beirut which left at least 2 people injured, media reports said on Monday.

As per the National News Agency (NNA) report, the explosion occurred at the end of the street connecting Zarif to Verdun facing "Lina's Café".

According to reports, parked vehicles and parts of BLOM Bank building were damaged.

Lebanese Red Cross said two people were injured in the explosion.

"#Verdun explosion resulted in 2 injuries ; one was transported to the Hospital & the second was treated at the scene," Lebanese Red Cross tweeted.
