Canada: Indian origin man dies after drowning in lake while celebrating brother's birthday with friends

A man from the Indian city of Hyderabad died after drowning in a lake in Canada recently on a day when he was celebrating his brother's birthday.

The Indian national was identified as Praneeth.

Praneeth completed his Masters in Canada and was looking for a job in the country.

The deceased person went to Lake Clear for boating with his friends to celebrate his brother's birthday when he accidentally fell and drowned in the water.

A search operation was launched immediately after the police were informed of the matter.

The victim’s family was informed of the tragedy on Monday by one of his friends, and further investigation is going on, reported Siasat website.
