Toronto, Aug 1 (IBNS): An Indian-origin couple has been abused and threatened by a man, who called himself a "racist", in Ontario province of Canada, media reports said.

Dale Robertson (46), who was driving a truck, asked the couple to leave Canada and also threatened that he would kill their children.

The couple was parking near a Wallmart in Ontario when they were abused by Robertson.

A video, which went viral on internet, showed how Robertson was driving the truck dangerously towards the woman and then applied brakes.

The woman was video recording the incident.

Twitter user Qasim Rashid shared the video in the micro-blogging site.

When the husband asked Robertson, "What kind of example you are setting for your children,", the latter said, "Get out of the way".

When the husband said: "You want me to go to my own country? I am a Canadian citizen", Robertson asked the former to "prove" it.

The couple has not been identified yet.

Police has classified the incident as a "hate crime".
