Toronto, Oct 29 (IBNS): Police kept investigating following a shooting incident at the Brampton police station, division 22, located at 7750 Hurontario Street, close to 9:30 pm on Friday night.

The nature of the incident or how it led to were not immediately provided by the police, but said there was an involvement of a civilian and an officer.

Police confirmed that a pursuit followed that brought in officers into the Halton region.

However, police did not immediately inform on where the pursuit led the officers, or how many vehicles were involved.

People, contrarily took to social media to inform that more than a dozen cruisers were involved in a chase along the Highway 401.
