Boris Johnson visits Kyiv once again to meet Zelensky, announces training programme for Ukrainian forces

Kyiv: British PM Boris Johnson visited Kyiv to meet Ukrainian President  Volodymyr Zelensky amid ongoing Russian invasion since February.

Johnson announced a training programme for Ukrainian forces he said could "change the equation" of the war, reports BBC.

This was Johnson's second visit to Ukraine since Russia invaded the country in February.

" The UK has offered to spearhead a landmark programme to train thousands of soldiers for the Ukrainian Armed Forces," the UK PM's official Twitter page said.

In his personal Twitter handle, Johnson wrote: " It is good to be in Kyiv again."
