World T20: India put up 146 runs on board against Bangladesh

The Indian openers found it tough to scored runs in a Bangalore pitch which was surprisingly slow and It wasn't until the 6th over that Rohit Sharma and Shikhar Dhawan scored more than 10 runs in an over. However, Sharma (18) perished at the last ball of the powerplay, as he tried smashing Mustafizur out of the park, having hit him for a six in the over already.

Dhawan followed his partner in the ensuing over as indecisiveness against Shakib cost him his wicket. His innings of 23 runs was cut short as he was trapped in front.

Virat Kohli, who is in sublime form, having hit a half century against arch rivals Pakistan in the earlier game, too found it difficult, hitting just the one six in his innings of 24.

A little cameo from Hardik Pandya (15 off 7) was cut short by a brilliant diving catch from Soumya Sarkar, as he cried to pull one from Al Amin to the mid wicket boundary. Al Amin was on a hat trick, having picked up Suresh Raina in the ball earlier.

Raina hit 2 sixes and a boundary in his 23-ball knock.

Yuvraj Singh, who walked in at number seven, scored just the 3 runs and conceded his wicket to Mahmudullah Riyad.

Ravindra Jadeja (12) was sent back to the hut by Mustafizur in the first ball of the last over. 

Indian skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni (13) and Ravichandra Ashwin (5) remained unbeaten.

For Bangladesh, Al Amin and Mustafizur picked up 2 wickets, followed by one each by Shakib, Suvagata and Mahmudullah.
