Sweden beat Mexico to enter last 16 of FIFA World Cup 2018

Yekaterinburg, Jun 27 (IBNS): Sweden entered the last 16 of the FIFA World Cup 2018 by defeating Mexico in their last Group F match at the Ekaterinburg Arena Stadium here on Wednesday.

Sweden won the match 3-0.

The three goals were scored by Ludwig Augustinsson, Andreas Granqvist and Edson Alvarez at the 50th, 62nd and 74th minutes of the match.

Sweden and Mexico are the two teams from Group F to qualify for the next round of the tournament.
