He also took home the Category B title as he fired two birdies but four bogeys on his way to an eventually comfortable win. Armaan Parikh took home the second runners up trophy with a gross of 163 tied with overnight leader Samridh Sen. Pratham Choudhary was a distant runners up in Category B with 173 followed by Shaurya Ekka in third a further stroke behind.
Biren Kumar of Tatanagar upset the overnight leader Joysurjo Dey by a stroke overturning the five stroke deficit and carding a gross of 164. Biren took control only on the 14th hole when his par become the leader for the first time. He doubled his lead on the next hole before Joysurjo cut it back in half on the 16th hole. Aarnav Sharma finished in third place at 168.
Manhar Bajoria made sure there was no upset in Category D as he ran out a winner by a massive fifteen strokes over Gurmehr Bindra. Kabir Mehta followed in third a further three strokes behind.
Sushnata Deb, Fizza Ali and Sinjini Mukherjee took home the Girls’ titles of Category A, C & D. The open category E was won by Prashant Agarwal over Ahaan Gupta.
