'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai': Abhimanyu and Akshara are now husband and wife

The couple is emotional yet happy as they start the puja.

A little later, Abhimanyu stops the priest and asks him to say his mantras slowly as he wants everything right in his wedding.

Just then Mahima gets a message about a conference in Chicago and she tells Aanand it's not for them but for Abhimanyu and Akshara. Aanand gets upset hearing this.

Later, the priest asks the bride's sister to come for the gathbandhan. And Abhimanyu taunts Aarohi that she should tie it properly with a lot of love. When it was time for kanyadaan, Manish and Swarna refused to go and instead asked Kairav to do it. With tears in his eyes, Kairav sat down for the puja and thanked Akshara for giving him this opportunity.

Meanwhile, Aarohi, Reem and Vansh are looking for Akshara's sandals. Neil comes to Aarohi and tells her she won't be able to find it. Aarohi is shocked to see that he is actually wearing her sandals so that no one can take it.

At the same time, Akshara and Abhimanyu start taking pheras while the family explains the meaning of each phera to them. It was quite a heartwarming sight as Abhimamyu puts sindoor on her forehead and ties mangalsutra. The couple then finishes the last ritual of the wedding.

In the upcoming episode, we will see that Neil and Nishtha dance to "Waah waah ram ji" and Manjari too joins them later. Later, Akshara overhears Mahima and Harshvardhan talking to some guests about how Abhimanyu is not getting married to a doctor.
