Ram Charan's 'Peddi' nears ₹250 crore worldwide! Can it overcome Monday's sharp box office dip?

Hyderabad/IBNS: Ram Charan-starrer Peddi continued its strong run at the box office, dominating its opening weekend and posting impressive collection figures across domestic and international markets, though the film witnessed a notable drop in earnings on Monday.

According to trade tracker Sacnilk, Peddi earned ₹12.05 crore net in India on Monday, marking a sharp decline from the collections recorded during the first four days of its release.

Despite the slowdown, the film's overall performance remains robust.

Box Office Performance

The film's gross collection in India has reached ₹201.92 crore, while its net domestic earnings stand at ₹169.70 crore.

With strong overseas contributions, Peddi has amassed a worldwide gross collection of ₹248.92 crore, putting it on course to enter the coveted ₹250-crore club.

Strong Opening Weekend

Backed by Ram Charan's star power and extensive pre-release buzz, Peddi opened to packed theatres and recorded strong footfalls during its first weekend.

The film benefited from positive audience response, particularly in Telugu-speaking markets, helping it emerge as one of the biggest box-office performers of the year.

Trade analysts will now closely watch the film's weekday performance to gauge its long-term sustainability at the box office.
