Hyderabad/IBNS: The much-awaited second single from Ram Charan’s upcoming film Peddi was unveiled by the makers on Monday, sending fans into a frenzy.

Titled Rai Rai Raa Raa, the track — released after a long delay — is a high-energy showcase of Ram Charan’s signature dance moves, with the actor delivering a visually vibrant performance.

Composed by Oscar-winning music maestro A. R. Rahman, the song blends pulsating rhythm with festive melody, adding to the mounting buzz around the film.

“Enjoy in full volume,” Ram Charan wrote while sharing the song on X.

Written and directed by Buchi Babu Sana, Peddi is a sports drama produced by Venkata Satish Kilaru under Vriddhi Cinemas, and presented by Mythri Movie Makers and Sukumar Writings.

The film stars Janhvi Kapoor as the female lead, alongside Shiva Rajkumar, Jagapathi Babu, and Divyendu in key supporting roles. Rahman also composes the film’s background score.

Originally scheduled for release on March 29, the film will now hit theatres on April 30.

Set against a rural backdrop, Peddi revolves around a village-level cricket tournament, blending sports, action, and emotional drama. Ram Charan has undergone a striking physical transformation for the role, sporting long hair, a rugged beard, and a muscular build — a look that has further heightened anticipation among fans.
