Dipika Chikhlia shares picture of Ramayana cast on Instagram

Mumbai/IBNS: The lead actor of Ramanand Sagar's Ramayan Dipika Chikhlia won hearts and made Indians nostalgic with a social media post on Sunday.

Dipika is known for playing the mythological character of Sita in the drama.

Taking people back to the time, Dipika shared the image of the cast on her Instagram page.

"The Epic pic of the entire team of Ramayan cast and crew ,sagar Saab with his son and below them are the direction team and camera team ...barring Ravan almost all Were there .....ramayan#memorries#camera#nostalgic#1980#shivsagar#premsagar#ramanandsagar. Only wen we look back do we know what all we have left behind ....so many of the cast no more ...RIP to them all," Dipika posted on Instagram.

Incidentally, Ramayan and several other popular series such as Mahabharat, Byomkesh Bakshi and Circus are curretly being re-telecast on Doordarshan.
