Bachchan touches new milestone on Twitter

Mumbai, June 1 (IBNS): Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan has defeated many of his colleagues in the world of social networking sites as he has become the first Indian actor to be followed by 15 million netizens in micro-blogging site Twitter.

Bachchan uses his Twitter page regularly to connect with his fans and even share his views on numerous issues.

He has more followers than other Bollywood stars like Shah Rukh Khan (13.3 million), Salman Khan (12.2 million), Aamir Khan (12.9 million) and Hrithik Roshan (9.72 million).

Apart from world of Twitter, Bachchan's performance on the silver screen is equally appreciated by his fans today and his last released 'Piku' has  performed well at the box office.
