Mumbai, Mar 20 (IBNS): Actress Alia Bhatt has recently suffered injury on the set of her upcoming movie Brahmastra, media reports said.

She reportedly hurt herself in Bulgaria where the shooting of the film was taking place.

A source told DNA newspaper, “The team was shooting for a scene when Alia fell and hurt herself. She has injured her right shoulder and arm. There’s a clot on her arm, so she has been advised bed rest.”

“She is in a lot of pain. Her right arm is bandaged and held up in a sling, so she can’t exert it or her shoulder for the next 15 days,” told the source to the newspaper.

She is likely to be out of action for few weeks.

The film features Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt in the lead roles.

The movie produced by filmmaker Karan Johar.

It is directed by Ayan Mukerji.

Alia Bhatt turned 25 last week.
