CHUBUT, April 2, (Xinhua) -- Photo taken on March 28, 2019 shows Magellanic penguins at the Punta Tombo Reserve, Chubut province, Argentina. The reserve was set up in 1979 in order to protect the largest continental colony of Magellanic penguins.

Binches three-day carnival is a UNESCO World Heritage event and one of the most famous carnivals in Europe. The Gille costume is a tunic and trousers made of jute decorated with 150 patterns.
