New Delhi, Jan 26 (IBNS): Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Barack Obama on Monday addressed the India-US CEO Forum where the US President said both the nations should work hard to make trade between each other easier.

"We must keep working towards making business between India and US easier," Obama said.

He said both the country could work together to develop  new technologies that will help India 'move forward'.

Speaking at the event, Prime Minister Narendra Modi highlighted key priorities of his government including improving "Ease of Doing Business", and the "Make in India" initiative.

He mentioned the importance of investment in the infrastructure sector, especially in the Railways.

He said, in agriculture, his vision of per drop more crop would help tackle farmer issues, and cope with climate issues and water shortages.

The Prime Minister said it is extremely important to listen to investors, as this helps speed up decisions.

Modi also mentioned his mantra of skill, scale and speed, and said he keeps states on board while taking decisions.
