WB clash: 7 arrested so far

Kolkata, Oct 26 (IBNS): The police have arrested seven people in connection with the clash between two factions of the ruling Trinamool Congress (TMC) at Bhangor area in West Bengal's South 24-Parganas district, reports said on Sunday.

According to reports, a local court has sent all of them to  five-day police custody.

At least two people were killed during a clash between  two factions of the ruling  party on Saturday.

Several others were injured during the clash.

According to reports, the house of a local Panchayat leader was set ablaze. No one was killed in the incident.

The police later rushed to the village following the clash.
