V. Muraleedharan to participate in high-level discussion with Ministers during Kuwati visit

Minister of State for External Affairs and Parliamentary Affairs V. Muraleedharan will participate in high-level discussions with Kuwaiti Ministers and dignitaries during his visit to the country on Wednesday.

He will be visiting Kuwait on August 23-24.

"This will be his second official visit as Minister of State for External Affairs to Kuwait," read a statement issued by the Ministry of External Affairs.

"During the visit, MoS will hold high-level discussions with Kuwaiti Ministers and dignitaries. He will also interact with various Indian community organisations and a wide cross-section of members of the community including from the fields of business, health, education and other professionals," read the statement.

The bilateral trade between India and Kuwait reached an all-time high of USD 13.8 billion in the last financial year.
