Uttar Pradesh: Bus runs over seven in Greater Noida, four killed

Greater Noida/UNI: A roadways bus hit 7 people in front of Hero Motors factory located on GT Road in Badalpur area of Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, killing 4 and injuring three.

While the bus driver and conductor fled leaving the bus. Police reached the spot and got all the injured admitted to the hospital.

Police told here on Thursday that all the workers were going to the Hero Motors factory during the night shift.

In front of this factory located in Badalpur area, a roadways bus UP 32 LN 3295 going from Dadri to Delhi went out of control and trampled the seven workers.

Central Noida ADCP Vishal Pandey said that the employees of Hero Motors Company were going for the night shift at Badalpur police station on Wednesday night.

An uncontrolled bus from Budaun depot ran them over around 12 noon.

He said that in this accident three people died on the spot while one succumbed during treatment.

He told that the driver is being searched by taking the bus into custody.
