New Delhi, Feb 3 (IBNS): Trinamool Congress (TMC) created a ruckus in the Lok Sabha on Friday regarding the arrest of the party's MPs Sudip Bandopadhyay and Tapas Pal, forcing an adjournment, according to media reports.

TMC also staged a protest in front of Gandhi statue in Parliament in New Delhi on Friday against the arrests media reported.

As soon as the House met for the day, members from TMC and Congress rushed to the Well raising slogans.

While TMC members were raising the issue of arrest of fellow MPs Sudip Bandopadhyay and Tapas Pal, the issue being raised by Congress members was not clear as their voices were drowned by TMC slogan-shouting, reported The Indian Express.

For the second day, on Friday, TMC members staged a walkout from the Rajya Sabha over the “illegal” arrest of their leader in Lok Sabha Sudip Bandyopadhyay.
