Three militants and a minor girl killed in J&K

Srinagar, Mar 15 (IBNS): Three Lashkar-e-Toiba militants were killed in an encounter in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Wednesday morning, police said.

According to reports, a minor girl namely Kaneeza died after she was hit by stray bullets some meters away from the encounter site.

Another boy, Faisal, is said to have received minor bullet injuries. He was later shifted to hospital for advanced treatment.

One police constable identified as Danish Ahmad was also injured in the encounter. He was shifted to Srinagar hospital for treatment.
