Ten killed in wall collapse in Tamil Nadu
Vellore, Tamil Nadu, Jan 31 (IBNS) Ten factory workers were killed after a wall of an industrial plant collapsed on them at Vaniyambadi in Vellore district in Tamil Nadu's Vellore district on Saturday.
Police said the accident took place in the SIPCOT industrial area when a waste treatment plant at the site burst open and the sledge knocked down the wall.The workers, who were sleeping in the adjoining plot were killed and burried under the debris.
Seven of the victims were reportedly migrant labourers from West Bengal.
