Telengana CM to stage dharna in Delhi protesting delay in creation of separate high courts
The Chief Minister reportedly feels that the centre has been delaying on separating the High Courts. Under the AP Reorganisation Act, the two states will have separate High Courts and judicial authorities.
The Telangana judges already quit their posts and launched an agitation with a demand to stop the filling up the vacant posts with their Andhra Pradesh counterparts. They also submitted a memorandum to the Governor on Sunday.
