Sushma Swaraj meets Foreign Minister of Hungary
She could not meet the swearing-in ceremony of 19 ministers due to the engagement.
Swaraj tweeted: "I am unable to attend the swearing in ceremony in Rashtrapati Bhawan since I have a meeting with Foreign Minister of Hungary."
She congratulated the leaders and said: "I congratulate and welcome all my colleagues joining the Council of Ministers."
Peter Szijjarto is currently visiting India.
