Suresh Prabhu greets Smriti Irani on birthday

New Delhi, Mar 23 (IBNS): Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu on Thursday greeted Union Textile Minister Smriti Irani on her birthday.

Praying for her long and healthy life, the Railway Minister tweeted, "Warm birthday wishes to my colleague @smritiirani. May God bless you with a long and healthy life."

Irani, who turned 41 on Thursday, is an actress-turned-politician.

She was earlier sworn-in as the Human Resource and Development Minister.

She was later handed over the Textile Ministry portfolio following a cabinet reshuffle.
