Speeding auto kills elderly man in Kolkata
Kolkata, Oct 4 (IBNS): An old man was reportedly killed on Tuesday after being hit by a speeding autorickshaw in north Kolkata's Maniktala area, reports said.
According to reports, when the man- Haridas Saha- was crossing road at Maniktala Crossing area, the auto of Ganesh Talkies-Phoolbagan route hit him.
The man was rushed to a nearby hospital where he was declared brought dead.
Police, however, arrested the auto driver and seized his auto.
