Kochi/UNI: Seeking to lay the road map for post-Covid tourism revival, a series of seminars have been planned on the sidelines of the country's biggest tourism event Kerala Travel Mart (KTM), in Kochi for four days from May 5.

Led by officials, experts and business leaders from India and abroad, the seminars will focus on live tourism-related topics, with the participants sharing their experiences and perspectives on the way forward.

Meaningful interactions and sharing of experiences are important for the revival of tourism, hit hard by the staggered pandemic, said Baby Mathew, President, Kerala Travel Mart Society, the organiser of the four-day event.

The sessions will include discussions on topics such as 'Changing Trends in Travel', 'God's Own Country-Version 2.0' and “Potential Areas of Tourism in Kerala”.

The meet will be inaugurated by Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan. It will be attended by representatives from 69 countries.
