Security beefed up in J&K ahead of Modi's visit

Srinagar, Dec 7 (IBNS): In the wake of the recent terror strikes in Jammu and Kashmir, security arrangements in the state have been beefed up as Prime Minister Narendra Modi is all set to visit Srinigar on Monday.
Modi is scheduled to address a rally to campaign for the ongoing Assembly elections in the state.
 
Heavy security forces have been deployed in the state.
 
Ahead of Modi’s visit on Monday, Jammu and Kashmir witnessed four coordinated terror strikes on Friday in less than 12 hours, including the one where militants stormed into an Army camp in Uri town of the state, which killed several people. The attacks killed 21 people in total including Army personnel, cops civilian and terrorists.
