Kolkata, Oct 5 (IBNS): A massive blaze gutted an empty school bus in Kolkata's satellite town Salt Lake on Wednesday, reports said.

According to reports, the bus of a private school in New Town caught fire at around 10 am, while it was parked beside road.

No casualty was reported in the incident.

As many as two fire tender engines rushed to the spot and doused the blaze in few hours.

Fire officials and police are suspecting that school bus's driver was cooking inside the vehicle and the fire somehow started from the oven.

However, police from Salt Lake Electronics Complex Police Station detained the bus driver.
