SC says cases can be transferred from J&K courts to other states
New Delhi, Jul 19 (IBNS): The Supreme Court has ruled on Tuesday that it can transfer cases being tried in Jammu and Kashmir courts to other states, according to media reports.
A large number of petitioners had approached the apex court on the subject of transfer.
The apex court said that the cases, when required, can be transferred to protect the citizens' right to access to justice, media reported.
